Hannah is an international educator, coach, entrepreneur, and performing artist with 20+ years experience designing experiences that directly impact personal change and outcomes for her clients, students and audience. She has developed and delivered global leadership and coaching products throughout the US, Asia, EMEA, and LATAM for LHH, The Adecco Group, ZF Group, Ingersoll-Rand, Harvard Business Publishing, Mercy Corp. Mali, Catalina Marketing, and many others.

Hannah is also an instructional designer and facilitator, and manages all phases of training program design and facilitation of Diversity and Inclusion, Business Development, Creativity and Innovation, and Digital Skills (marketing, analytics, remote work, etc). As a professor in online higher education, Hannah helps transition students to the world of work. She also designs leadership soft skills workshops and online programs such as Managing Conflict, Build Rapid Rapport, Align For Success, Host Effective Meetings, Develop Through Feedback, Innovate for Growth, Boost your Creativity, Network for Growth, Coach through Change, and Accountable Coaching to reinforce the right behaviors to set and reach goals. 

Her coaching practice serves individual and organizational clients, and is based on a foundation of psychological mindedness and mutual trust as she supports clients in developing their awareness to access best solutions. She enjoys helping clients through Business Growth, Personal and Professional Development, Career Transition, and Life Design, with approaches that encompass Emotional Intelligence and Developmental Coaching.
